The Technology Services Specialist reports directly to the SVP, Technology and is responsible for ensuring the security and reliability of all technology infrastructure systems as well as handling basic support requests directed towards the Technology team.
Review and respond to staff and user support requests for the technology team.
Monitor for and find repairs for any security or reliability faults.
Be ready to respond and correct any issues that impose an immediate threat to technology infrastructure.
21 Years of Age.
Strong understanding of CentOS/ Red Hat Linux systems.
Ability to read and write English.
Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies.
Experience with test-driven development.
Prior experience working with CloudFlare systems.
Experience with AWS Elastic Beanstalk.
Prior experience working in an agile environment.
Prior experience with continuous integration development workflows.
Prior experience working with Azure Active Directory systems.
Prior experience working with Barracuda or other enterprise firewall solutions.
Prior experience working with Jira and other Atlassian products.
Working knowledge of C, C++, Java, WebSphere, SOAP, Python, NodeJS, JBoss, or Perl.
